		LOCAL NEWS STATION: COPS USING SECRET CODES ON TRAFFIC TICKETS By Dave Change www.somethingmustbreak.net Channel 7 News in South Florida have uncovered cops using secret codes that may have an impact on court hearings. Just as it was discovered that four X's on a airplane boarding ticket meant that you would be subjected to additional security we now find cops sending coded messages in the form of smiling or sad faces to indicate the mood of the driver at the time of being ticketed and the judges using this to determine how to handle a case. This is an unfair and inappropriate practice. Yet another example of how small steps are being taken towards a Totalitarian State where we will have no rights at all.
